PAYMENT METHODS
PAYMENT BY CARD
When you proceed to checkout you can choose to pay using: Credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancontact.
All payments are made with maximum security. Payment details are collected using an advanced encryption system (SSL).
PAYMENT USING PAYPAL
To use this payment method you need a PayPal account. If you don’t yet have one, you can open one from our registration page.
When your order details have been confirmed, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page, where you will be able to access your account to complete the transaction.
INVOICING AND VAT
At checkout you will need to confirm whether your invoice address is the same as your delivery address.
If they are not the same, uncheck "Invoice details are the same as delivery details" and insert the invoice name and address.
VAT is included in the price shown on the website.

DELIVERY
All orders made on sicis.com are despatched using the same delivery method, using an express courier service.
The cost of delivery may vary from 30 to 210 euros depending on the weight and destination of delivery. Delivery times can take up to 7 days depending on the destination.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
At the moment we only deliver to European countries. For purchases outside Europe, please contact our customer service at [email protected]
For the purposes of invoicing VAT and delivery costs the relevant address is the destination address of the goods purchased.
Orders which specify PO boxes or poste restante addresses will be automatically cancelled.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track the progress of your order using the courier’s Tracking Number
You can find the Tracking Number of your order either in the MY ORDER SECTION or in the email confirming despatch.
Registered users can also check the status of their order in MY ACCOUNT.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and cannot arrange specific delivery times. If the recipient or person authorised to sign for the goods is absent, the courier will leave a notification card with the number of the holding depot to contact to arrange redelivery.

CHANGING YOUR DATA
To change your registration data at any time, click on MY ACCOUNT. You can change any of your data except for the country in which you registered. Click SEND to save any changes.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll find the Forgotten your password? link in all areas of the website where your login details are required. By entering the email address you registered with, in a few minutes you will receive an email containing the information you need to continue.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURN FORM
You can return one or more products purchased up to, and no later than, 14 days after the delivery date of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns if the request was made or the goods were returned late or if the goods are not in the condition in which you received them.
MAKING A RETURN
You can return any product bought from our store within 14 days of the delivery date.
Here’s how to do it:
Email your request to [email protected] to receive your return number.

Wrap the goods in their original packaging and attach the pre-printed and pre-paid return label, which we’ll email to you, so that it covers the original delivery address.

Return the package. The returned goods will be checked and, if they are complete and undamaged, we will authorise the refund, which will be made using the same method as that used for payment.
The refund you receive will consist of the value of the goods ordered inclusive of VAT, less 30% to cover a restocking fee and the delivery cost of the returned goods.
When we accept your return we will send you a confirmation email within 3 working days of receiving it in our warehouse.
Please note that we can only refund products returned in the correct way. If your return does not satisfy the conditions specified above, we will be unable to make the refund and the package will be returned to you.

You can only send your returned product from the country in which you made the order.

The refund will only be made when we have received your returned goods and verified that all our conditions have been satisfied. You will then receive an email in confirmation. Please ensure all your details are correct so as to avoid delays in effecting the refund.
The length of time the refund takes will depend on the payment method used:

purchase with credit or debit card: the time required for receiving the refund depends on the card issuer. The amount credited will be the same as the amount debited and you will not suffer any loss of interest.

purchase using PayPal: the time required for receiving the refund onto your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.

purchase via bank transfer: our bank normally makes refunds within 5 working days of our instruction and the amount refunded will be visible on your account balance within a few days. You can check whether the refund has been made by accessing your account online or by contacting your bank.
Important: The goods must be returned in the same box they were delivered in.

Starting from the registration of the order, it will takes 30 days in order to prepare the good. After the preparation, it will takes 3-5 days for delivery through courier, depending on the final destination.

Exact delivery costs indicated at the moment of the purchase are considered for a ground floor/entrance hall delivery. Porterage and domicile delivery are excluded.
You can require the delivery service customization with quotation made separately.
